Traditional Temp Placement - This works best for interim hires or variable needs for filling short-term positions and day-to-day absences.    

Long-term Contract Hire - This is the best option for project-oriented positions.  It generally requires a candidate with upper-level expertise and works well for paralegal and attorney transactional work.    

Temp-to-Hire - In this model, the temporary employee works a specified amount of time and then a workout fee is assessed.  This works best for filling difficult or high turnover positions.     

Direct Hire Contingency - There are no up-front fees.  You pay only for results once the search is complete.  This is our most popular plan.    

Direct Hire Engagement - When your needs are immediate, this plan makes the most sense.  This plan initiates an urgent, high-priority search.  An engagement fee is applied to the final search fee.  This plan is generally used for upper level positions.    

Retained - We may recommend this option for high-level searches that may require profiling, travel and enhanced personal attention.
